Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, the Receptionist performs a number of functions for the corporation. The Receptionist is the face of Innomar and is responsible for ensuring a professional and courteous greeting to all guests, clients and visitors. 
 
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Switchboard operation;
  • Greeting clients and suppliers;
  • Provide administrative assistance to various functional areas of the corporation, including mail and/or courier processing, booking meeting rooms, catering, etc.;
  • Assisting with the testing of all call centre telephone / telefax lines on a daily basis to ensure they are operational;
  • The Receptionist will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time.


 


Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent;
  • 2-3 years of experience in office administration;
  • Experience operating a multi-line switchboard is an asset;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer);
  • Proven ability to organize time, set priorities and multi-task in order to meet various competing work deadlines;
  • Candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work with others, and independently with minimal supervision;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Bilingualism, French/English is an asset.

4. Ability to consistently meet deadlines
