POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of the Cameron Stewart LifeScience Canada Inc. (CSL) business unit, the Manager, Strategic Services will assist in developing strategies and implement and monitor tactics to meet or exceed client business requirements for patient assistance card programs and related resources.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Business

Assist in preparing capabilities presentations to potential clients

Aid the senior manager in preparing response submissions to RFPs by proposing tactics and preparing pricing quotes

Participate as a team member on pitches for new business
Client Relations

Assist in pharma client relations for daily program activities –ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations

Aids in the execution of tactical plans
-
Assist in the development of patient card program designs, including copy writing, distribution, support tools, rep training, reimbursement management strategy, web resources and ongoing monitoring and reporting

Support client brand leadership, medical, legal, regulatory and market access members, acting as subject matter expert on patient assistance programs

Assist in the approval process for client marketing material to support brand and/or card program – such as MD/Pharmacist pieces, call scripts, faxes and email communications

Provide strategic reports on card program implementation and ongoing metrics
Corporate Development

Assist in promotion activities related to card programs for loss of exclusivity, Bridge to Reimbursement and Co-pay assistance programs

Support Direct to Consumer (DTC) and digital promotion activities

Prepares and presents card activity reports to CSL lead

Supports web and e-based marketing communications
Vendor Management

Manage projects with third party vendors or client agencies

Supervise projects through direct interaction with web development team for front end, back end and database development

Interface with third party vendors or agencies working with client to determine project requirements and advise on card program based specifics

Work with claims adjudication partner on implementation of new programs
Resource Management

Assists in the development of budgets and manages resources, projects and financial requirements for various card programs

Ensures projects conform to client budgetary requirements

Provide reports on transaction growth and success against targets
