Reporting into the Senior Manager, Strategic Consulting™ the role is responsible to perform the operational and analytical functions for the InnomarConsulting™ department. Responsibilities include activities such as operational management of our CRM , workflow and process of all proposals for the consulting department, lead proposal management flow within the department, and lead all KPI tracking and reporting.


The primary duties of the Consulting Operations Associate role are expected to include, but may not be limited to the following:

  • Lead the process for all proposals that are executed within the InnomarConsulting™ team
  • Manage, configure and administer reporting from the CRM tool including KPI management
  • Maintain and update recruitment grids, honoraria;
  • Development of project timelines including core responsibilities and deadlines;
  • Design, build and maintain operational and analytical reports
  • Operationally lead the workflow and process of for the department
  • Examining and leading opportunities to improve and optimize processes and work flow within the department
  • Introduce best practice considerations to the function of the CRM, data reporting and analytics best practices, and competitive intelligence processes
  • Ensure data quality and consistency as it relates to leads, and win/loss rates
  • Lead KPI tracking and preparation of presentation materials for data analysis, KPIs, and reporting for department
  • Organize all recruiting for the market research team
  • Lead the process for all legal documents for proposals
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • An under graduate degree in Science or Business/Commerce would be preferred.\\
  • Experience with process flow management, operational coordination and data reporting.
  • Experience with SalesForce
  • University degree in related discipline is required;
  • 4-5 years’ experience;


  • Bilingual is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of specialty pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to analyze, pull through insights, and present outcomes
  • Base knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Operational management and data reporting skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Effective organizational skills; attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Smartsheet, and Project Planner.
