Job Description


Under the close supervision of the Program Manager, the Data Entry Specialist will provide support to the team with all administrative/data entry tasks critical to the progression of patients through individual steps of the client program.


1. Create and maintain patient records in the CRM by ensuring information documented are accurate and updated regularly

2. Execute administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the Program

3. Ensure data integrity

4. Act as a liaise between other members of the team

5. Handling faxes (incoming/outgoing) accordingly and timely

6. Organize work schedule to complement working hours in multiple time zones

7. Labeling and attaching documents to the CRM

8. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and in both French and English
9. Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • Excellent computer skills
  • Two years experience in a similar administrative or data entry role 
  • Experience with SalesForce software (or experience with a CRM system) an asset
  • Experience with the faxing software (MyFax or Right Fax) an asset
  • High School Diploma or Post Secondary schooling preferred
  • Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education.
