You are passionate about driving innovation through strategic assessment, creating a value story in collaboration with marketing, and selling based on the delivery of exceptional experiences. You have a pulse on the constantly changing healthcare landscape, are able to identify the trends and other players in the market, and translate that into an assessment of where Innomar should be heading with new product and digital health offerings.


Under the direction of the Senior Director of Marketing and New Business Development, your role supports organizational initiatives to optimize the experience of patients and customers. You will collaborate across the organization to understand and assess the feasibility and application of digital health opportunities to ensure alignment with the organizational strategic plan. Working with senior leaders, our marketing lead, and subject matter experts, you will develop and manage a standardized intake and evaluation process. This will allow for rapid assessment and evaluation of opportunities and vendor partners with the goal of executing and expertly speaking to these new solutions.


You will actively manage vendor relationships and shepherd through new ideas as it relates to new product and digital health delivery. You understand our operational infrastructure and how it connects with the outcome required. You will own the implementation of how strategically aligned solutions get folded into our business. In summary, you have a pulse on the future healthcare environment, understand our strategic priorities, and are able to execute, with oversight from various marketing and executive leaders, new product and digital health solutions.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

-  Ownership of competitive assessment from a digital healthcare perspective with a particular focus on biological and specialty pharmaceutical vendor companies
-  Lead coordination of strategic vendors / partner collaboration
-  Governance of partnership and contact for vendor collaboration on digital health projects
-  Key areas of focus will include: innovation assessment and evaluation, growing structural knowledge of platforms, up-to-date expert knowledge on innovation and health technologies, and stakeholder support requirements
-  Project management oversight from recommendation through to operationalization of solutions
-  Lead sales pitch planning and execution
-  Provide a voice for key clients on proposals and solutions
-  Attend industry specific conferences to support new product and digital health considerations.
-  Performs related duties as assigned.
-  10-15% travel 

Job Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with approximately 10 years of digital health development or sales experience (either B2B or B2C). The right candidate has experience identifying and strategically assessing health technology and digital innovation in market that links up to a bigger organizational strategy, and know how to measure return on investment. Through your varied career, you have experience in fields such as innovation creation, business development, technology procurement, project management, and business management. You may have a four year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of progressive experience and education.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

 

-  Experience with multiple digital platforms and application utilization and presenting of those solutions
-  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with c-suite or decision makers in an organization
-  Excellent organizational and project management skills
-  Relevant experience in sourcing and criteria setting for vendor decision making
-  Must have the lens of the customer in mind and can clearly articulate a solution
-  Recent work experience in the e-health, health technology or digital consulting an asset
