POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Patient Coordination and Nursing Services, the Regional Manager, Patient Appointment Coordination is responsible for undertaking the management, planning and implementation of all coordination related activities within their designated region. Key activities include but are not limited to: assisting with quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives, project management, design and development of new projects including development of new protocols/resource allocation and ongoing evaluation of regional team performance related to strengths, weaknesses and potential areas for improvement. The Regional Manager, Patient Appointment Coordination will collaborate closely with the Regional Business Leader on operational and strategic tactics to drive performance and achieve corresponding Key Performance Indicator objectives.
