We looking for number of customer service minded individuals to support the operations of our growing Patient Support Programs.  Roles include; 

  • Administrative Assistant 
  • Caseworker Patient Support Coordinator 
  • Reimbursement Specialist

Our commitment and work has a significant impact on patients every day.  Our Patient Support Programs are responsible for coordinating support activities for patients, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders of the programs. Some responsibilities may include speaking directly with patients and healthcare professionals, drafting communications, coordinating program services and drug order processing. You are an integral part of the circle of care.

Job Requirements

You will know this is the right role if you have a post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline, as well as 2 years of experience in customer service or in an office setting is preferred. Being bilingual is required, must be able to speak and write in both French and English. Having the proven ability to act professional and courteous is critical to providing an exceptional customer service experience that our patients have come to expect. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). As part of a growing team, you have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
